Her passion for positively transforming healthcare has delivered outstanding results, as she consistently works to enhance services, adopt cutting-edge best practices and uphold the highest standards.

Stephanie Burke

Head of Health Assessments

With many years of experience overseeing the delivery of public and private sector healthcare contracts, Stephanie closely monitors operational performance, leading and coaching teams and collaborating closely with the management team. Accountable for productivity, she takes responsibility for overseeing operational delivery across all assessment centre locations.

Louise Rowley

Head of Quality

Louise began her involvement with PIP assessments as a healthcare professional in 2013 and quickly progressed into auditor and clinical quality management roles. She plays a key role in maintaining high quality standards, sustaining performance levels across our clinical teams, while ensuring an optimal experience and environment for claimants.
